I’m Praying for You
We are all better than our yesterday and destine to better than our tomorrows. It comes a point in everyone’s life where you have to make a decision. Potential is typically lost on those who do not make sound decisions. They tend to go with the flow instead of carving out their niche. I have a testimony, that is no different than your own, but we both arrived to where we are, via different choices. Think to yourself, how you could have lessened the hardships in which you endured. Could you have taken the advice of an elder or two? Could the message that penetrated my soul have benefitted you too? No person is an island by themselves, and the worst you can do is go into isolation. What I have learned is we mix up what is means to be alone and to be lonely. I never want to feel as though I am alone, for then I am left to my own devices.
However, if I am lonely, I know that all that needs to be done is a simple talk with Jesus. Tell Him all about my troubles, by placing my burdens on His shoulders. I know people say that is easier said than done, but I profess that it is easier to turn your back on Jesus, than for you to face the fact that He has already restored you. Turning your back on Christ, gives you an out. It allows for self-loathing to take place. You know man cannot understand your problems, yet Jesus can make a way out of know way. We tend to lean on our own understanding, where God tells us not. Isn’t it funny that once you seek God with all your heart, all your soul and your entire mind, that you get a sense of peace? That is what we are all to seek, the fruits of the spirit: Joy & Peace. I am not here to tell you that trouble will not come your way, but I am here to tell you that you are not alone. I may not be able to bridge in the gap for you, but this is a God up above that shall never leave you or forsake you. I want you to center your mind on the following:
I was not even going to type what I did on today, but somehow, I felt someone needed to know that God can do anything but fail. If we put our trust in Him, we can truly receive all of His promises. I am always ready to sing a song or two to get myself back in the mode of accepting His Grace. I think of How Great Thy Art or How Great Is Our God or even, The Storm is Over Now. You just have to press your way through. Do not be worried about what others may say or think. It is about your peace, your joy. God is truly trying to tell you something. It is time for you to get back in the will of Christ. Seek His presence over you. Speak to Him; it does not have to be rehearsed or perfect. Just let Him know what is in your heart. Call out to Him like you have never done before. Let the spirit abide in you. Touch in agree right now, that whatever it is you are going through, God has already delivered you. We do not know the minute or the hour, but the same way you confessed with your mouth to enter into the will of God, you are to confess with your mouth that you are healed. I believe that life and death truly lies in the tongue. You must know that regardless of what the enemy does, no weapon formed against you shall prosper. Trust in believe that the battle has already been won. Let’s decree it on today that what God has for you is for you. Let know man take away what God has promised you.
