Minister Tranelle Duffie
Minister Tranelle Duffie has a tremendous passion for God’s word coupled with a love for God’s people. He has a contagious spirit of generosity that flows through every facet of his ministry.
Minister Duffie was born in Waukegan, Illinois. From birth it was known that he was blessed with a gift. He is an anointed, gifted, talented and skilled musician, who has been blessed to play several different instruments. But his instruments of choice are the organ and keyboard.
Gifted as a Minister of Music, Minister Duffie has played the organ for First Corinthian MB Church for many years and through all of his hard work and laboring he is now currently the Minister of Music for all the choirs at First Corinthian MBC. Not only is he the Minister of Music, he teacher and director and because of his patience, skills and love for God, First Corinthian is now one of the best choirs on the North Shore. He also formed and directs one of the best male quartet groups since the Legendary Mighty Clouds of Joy, The Corinthian Spirituals.
Gifted as a musician, Minister Duffie has played for the Legendary Grammy Award Winning Mighty Clouds of Joy and recording artist LeAnn Faine of the Thompson Community Singers, as well as Phil Tarver of the Shekinah Glory Ministries. He has opened up for gospel greats such as: Pastor Shirley Caesar, Lee Williams and the Spiritual Q.C.’s, Smokie Norful and Donald Lawrence just to name a few. He has been the keyboardist for the NAACP choir of Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the past five years. Among the many accomplishments listed above, Minister Duffie has been blessed with his own studio that allows him to make musical soundtracks for various churches and singers in the area. He also plays for numerous churches, weddings, funerals and community choirs throughout the Illinois and Wisconsin area.
Gifted as a producer, Minister Duffie has released his first CD prophetic project entitled “Melodies of the Heart”, which was released June 27, 2010. The CD is an instrumental worship CD for every atmosphere.
Above all of the many accomplishments that have been stated above Minister Duffie accepted his call from the Lord to be a preacher of God’s holy word. On July 31, 2011, he became a licensed minister. Minister Duffie is truly a man after God’s own heart. He loves the Lord, his family, his church and he nurtures and is faithful to all the many gifts and talents that God’s blessed him with.
Minister Duffie has been married to his wonderful wife, Zorena currently for 8 years. They have 3 daughters Za’Tozia, Zor’Nelle and Zymphony, whom he loves dearly.
